Alex Coleman founded Stratos Commercial Finance following a career spanning commercial banking and specialist lending.

Prior to establishing the business, Alex held senior commercial banking roles with HSBC and Metro Bank, supporting businesses across Kent and the South East with funding, lending and growth strategies.

He later joined specialist lender Assetz Capital as a Relationship Director, gaining direct experience in development finance, investment property lending and alternative funding structures.

Having worked on both sides of the lending process, Alex brings a practical understanding of how funding opportunities are assessed, structured and delivered for businesses, developers and investors.
